The Transformation

4M Outdoors installed 2,453 square feet of artificial grass for dogs across the pet area. A waterfront site puts more weight on the base than a typical yard does, so the work went into excavation, a compacted base and grading that moves water away from the turf rather than letting it sit under it. The turf was cut to the existing planting lines so the finished area follows the shape of the Granbury property rather than cutting across it.

The Outcome

The area stays green and usable through wet weather now, and the mud that used to come indoors on paws has gone with the bare tracks. Upkeep is rinsing the surface down on a regular schedule and brushing the fibers upright where the dogs run most. Mowing, watering and fertilizing are off the list.
